Method of Payment
We try to be flexible at WTO.com.my, so there are several ways you can pay for your purchase. 
  
1) Money Order / Cheque
** Money Orders/Cheques need to be made out to TO-DAY GLOBAL NETWORK SDN. BHD. 
Please contact our Account Department (03) 6276 8333 to verify Your Order and deposit
amount is correct, in order to process the order successfully.

** If you send a Cheque we can't post your item until the Cheque has cleared. Cheques
need to be made out to TO-DAY GLOBAL NETWORK SDN. BHD.

** Cheques can only be used for Malaysian purchases being posted to Malaysian addresses.
Cheques or Money orders must be received within 7 days otherwise an order may be cancelled.

 2) Bank Deposit
You can pay by transferring the payment amount from your Bank Account to ours
via Internet banking. We have Bank Accounts in :

 ** After you Bank In the Order Payment, Please Fax the supporting document and proof of
payment to (03) 6276 8333 or email (Print Screen of Bank In Slip) to sales@wto.com.my.

 ** You should receive a deposit or receipt number from your bank, please quote this with
your Name and Order ID in your email or SMS so we can track the deposit correctly. 
 
3) Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard) 
For your convenience, we also accept credit card and offer 0 % interest installment scheme.

Delivery Information
 ** Currently we can only take and fulfill online (website) orders from persons (i) paying in
RM(Ringgit Malaysia), and (ii) requesting delivery within Malaysia.

** FREE Delivery for purchases above RM500, within a 50KM radius from our stores in Malaysia.

** All orders will be delivered by wto.com.my approved reputable door-to-door courier service
provider to ensure that you will receive your orders on time.

** Orders shipping from our location normally take 3 business days for delivery once we
received the payment.. This may vary according to the Courier Service Provider's schedule.
